- Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running PPC campaigns on any search engine.
- Affiliates may not register, purchase, or use domains that could mislead users into believing they are affiliated with or part of ROEN.
- Affiliates are not allowed to create websites or platforms that impersonate the ROEN brand.
- Affiliates may not use pop-ups, pop-unders, or any intrusive formats, nor employ cookie stuffing techniques to force cookies into users' browsers.
- Cashback, rewards, or points will only be credited if the sale is tracked in real-time and attributed according to program rules.
- Affiliates may only advertise coupon codes provided directly by ROEN. Any sales using unauthorized coupon codes will be invalidated.
- Affiliates are not permitted to use unauthorized coupon codes from other channels.
- Affiliates may not promote ROEN through toolbars without explicit authorization from ROEN.
- Incentivized traffic is only permitted from approved cashback or loyalty/reward affiliates.
- Affiliates promoting ROEN via social media must clearly identify themselves and avoid impersonating the brand.
- Email affiliates must seek approval prior to launching campaigns.
- Violations of these terms will result in removal from the program.
