1. Introduction
Welcome to the Crystal Life Planning Affiliate Program. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between Crystal Life Planning and the affiliate.
2. Eligibility
To join the affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where it is legal to participate in such programs.
3. Enrollment
To enroll in the affiliate program, you must complete and submit the online application form. Crystal Life Planning will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Crystal Life Planning's Will writing services through lawful and ethical means.
Use only the promotional materials provided or approved by Crystal Life Planning.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and privacy laws.
Ensure that your website or promotional platforms do not contain inappropriate or offensive content.
5. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission for each successful referral that results in a completed Will writing service through Crystal Life Planning. The commission rates are as follows:
Basic Will Package: £5
6. Payment
Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis. Payments will be made via [payment method] once the commission balance reaches the minimum threshold of £[amount]. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes associated with their commission earnings.
7. Tracking and Reporting
Crystal Life Planning will provide affiliates with tracking links and access to a reporting dashboard. Affiliates must use these tracking links to ensure proper attribution of referrals.
8. Termination
Crystal Life Planning reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include:
Violation of any terms and conditions.
Inactivity for a period of [time].
Engaging in fraudulent or unethical activities.
9. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Crystal Life Planning's trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our Will writing services. Affiliates must not modify or alter these materials without prior consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Crystal Life Planning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program or your participation in it.
11. Modification
Crystal Life Planning reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
13. Acceptance
By participating in the Crystal Life Planning Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
