Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are not allowed to:
Engage in deceptive marketing practices, including misleading or false advertising.
Use unauthorized discount codes, coupons, or promotions not provided by Lapelling.
Bid on branded terms such as "Lapelling" or product names (e.g., "ITA Crossbody Bag") in paid search campaigns, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising.
Use our trademarks or logos in a way that misrepresents your relationship with Lapelling.
Promote Lapelling products on websites containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Use spam or unsolicited email marketing to promote Lapelling.
Traffic and Promotions
Affiliates may only promote Lapelling through approved channels, including personal websites, blogs, social media accounts, and other compliant platforms.
Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Lapelling in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Fraudulent Activity
Any form of fraudulent activity, including self-referrals or using unauthorized methods to generate commissions, will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of earned commissions.
Content Guidelines
Affiliates must ensure that all promotional content, including images and descriptions of Lapelling products, is accurate and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Program Changes and Termination
Lapelling reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the affiliate program and this agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via the ShareASale platform.
Commission Payment
Commission payments will be made through the ShareASale platform. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate.
By participating in the Lapelling Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.
