General Terms for the SOL LABS® Affiliate Partner Program
Brand Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to represent SOL LABS® authentically and respectfully, adhering to the following guidelines:
- Brand Representation: Affiliates must not attempt to appear as the official SOL LABS® brand or impersonate its owned channels.
- Domain Use: Affiliates are prohibited from using domain names that are similar to sollabs.co or any other SOL LABS®-owned URLs.
- Brand Assets: Affiliates may not alter the appearance of any SOL LABS® logos, brand names, or trademarks in a way that misrepresents the brand or its products.
- Brand Voice: Affiliates are encouraged to embrace SOL LABS’ rebellious, empowering tone, but all messaging must remain truthful, professional, and in line with the values of the Anti-Sunscreen Sunscreen Squad®.
De-Duplication Policy
- All sales made via the affiliate channel will be de-duplicated against other SOL LABS® digital marketing channels, including but not limited to PPC (pay-per-click), display advertising, and email campaigns. Commissions will only be awarded on sales that are directly attributable to affiliate referral links, as detailed in our tracking policies.
Discount Codes
- Only SOL LABS® discount codes provided to affiliates directly through the program are eligible for commission.
- Sales made with non-approved codes, including codes intended for internal use or exclusive promotions outside the affiliate program, will have commissions declined.
Email Policy
- Affiliates wishing to send email campaigns promoting SOL LABS® must seek prior approval from the SOL LABS® team for any creative assets, messaging, or designs.
- Unapproved email campaigns are not permitted under this program. Affiliates engaging in unauthorized email marketing will risk removal from the program.
PPC Policy
- Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Direct linking to the SOL LABS® website via PPC advertisements.
- Bidding on trademarked brand terms, such as "SOL LABS®," "Anti-Sunscreen Sunscreen®," or any related terms.
- Using misleading language, such as “official,” in PPC ads for SOL LABS® products.

Social Media Advertising
- Affiliates may advertise SOL LABS® products on their own social media platforms, provided they adhere to the following:
- Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with SOL LABS® in compliance with FTC guidelines.
- Affiliates are not permitted to post directly on SOL LABS®’ official social media platforms (e.g., comments, direct messages) for the purpose of driving referral traffic.
- Sponsored social media ads by affiliates must remain true to SOL LABS®' brand guidelines and tone.
Additional Policies
- Affiliates are not permitted to mislead consumers or make exaggerated claims about SOL LABS® products.
- Affiliates must comply with all local and international advertising regulations, including proper disclosure of their affiliate partnership.
- Affiliates who fail to meet the program's expectations or violate these terms may be subject to removal from the program without prior notice.
