Details
In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties, intending to be legally bound, agree as follows:
1. Products. Tailr agrees to send the product(s) to the creator (“you”) which will be used in the agreed-upon content.
2. Create Original Content. Once you receive the product(s), you agree to create genuine, original content using the products in a tastefully arranged way. The content will also include agreed-upon speaking points based on the objectives and campaign. You will not publish content without Tailr’s approval.
3. Compensation. This partnership will be based on products in exchange for commission generated through your account. Affiliates will receive 10% of sales.
4. Posting Timeframe. Your posts must be made at your own discretion based on your account cadence and content calendar strategy as long as all posts are delivered within the campaign timeline. The posts should be scattered across different days (or weeks) by channel so the same content is not viewed across all of your channels at once (if applicable).
5. Agreement and Conditions. The Brand Partner agrees to:
Not speak negatively about Tailr or any of its product lines, team members, or practices
Tag @tailr.pet, #TailrPartner AND #TailrPet to every post, reel, and/or stories related to the brand
Grant full ownership of content to Tailr for all marketing practices
Tailr agrees to:
Tag and credit the creator to every post when utilizing their content
Continue to keep active their pet profiles and Tailr accounts
Issue an unique promotional coupon code for Brand Partner’s followers to redeem for a 10% discount at www.tailr.pet
6. Continuation of Participation. Following this process is the best way to ensure your participation as a Brand Partner with Tailr. We reserve the right to discontinue your participation if you do not follow the procedures.
Product Content
For any data, content, and images provided by you or accessed by Tailr (directly or indirectly through your social media channels) in connection with the Tailr Brand Partner Program (collectively, “Product Content”), including photos, videos, and Product Listing content, you specifically give us the following permission: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any Product Content in connection with the Tailr Brand Partner Program.
Prohibited Activities
Discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age or disability, or any other unlawful basis under applicable law.
