General Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Viköperdinbil.se Partner Program
§ 1 General provisions
(1) The General Terms and Conditions for the participation in the C2B Affiliate Program of AUTO1 Group Operations SE and its affiliated companies (hereinafter "C2B T&C") apply (link: https://content.wirkaufendeinauto.de/static/car_images/20221028_englisch_TC_Affiliate_Partnership.pdf)
(2) In addition, the provisions below replace or supplement parts of the C2B T&C.
§ 2 Conclusion and duration of the cooperation agreement
(1) The Partner applies via the AWIN platform to participate in the Viköperdinbil.se partner program.
(2) If Viköperdinbil.se accepts the application, the Partner shall be entitled to participate.
(3) The participation period is unlimited and may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason.
(4) Upon the termination of the participation, the Partner is obliged to independently and immediately remove all integrated advertising materials from its advertising space.
§3 Compensation
(1) For the promotion of Viköperdinbil.se and the successful procurement of valid bookings (hereinafter "Transactions"), a Partner receives a commission on a pay per sale basis. A valid booking is a booking made by a natural or legal person which is followed by a contractually documented sales transaction (Bought) between that person and AUTO1 European Cars B.V.
(2) Within the scope of its participation on the AWIN platform and in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed with AWIN AG, the partner has a commission claim against AWIN AG with respect to transactions generated by its active promotion of Viköperdinbil.se on the partner website registered with the partner program within the first session and during the 30 days thereafter.
§ 4 Procedure
(1) All activities of the Partner shall be logged via AWIN tracking and made available to the Partner via statistics and reports on the AWIN platform. The commission, which AWIN AG pays to the Partner once a month, is calculated on the basis of the Transactions generated.
(2) Invalid or abusively generated Transactions under E. 2 of the C2B T&Cs will be canceled and are not compensated. A payment is only made after deduction of the canceled transactions.
(3) A payment of the commission for valid Transactions is made on the 15th of the following month.
