General Restrictions
Prohibited PPC Campaigns
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns on any search engine.
Domain Restrictions
Affiliates must not register, purchase, or use domains or subdomains that could mislead users into believing the site is part of Quark Expeditions.
Impersonation
Affiliates must not create websites, pages, or other digital properties that impersonate Quark Expeditions' official website.
Terms and Conditions as of March 2026
Prohibited Marketing Practices
Affiliates are not allowed to use intrusive formats such as pop-ups, pop-unders, or cookie-stuffing techniques to manipulate tracking cookies into users' browsers.
Affiliates must not supplant or misrepresent Quark Expeditions’ identity on social media. Promotions must clearly identify the affiliate as the promoter.
Coupon Code Policy
Affiliates may only advertise coupon codes officially issued by Quark Expeditions (or through approved intermediaries). Sales tracked via unauthorized coupon codes will be invalidated.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting coupon codes not distributed via the affiliate channel.
Incentivized Traffic
Incentivized traffic is allowed only from cashback and loyalty/reward affiliates.
Affiliates promoting through toolbars or extensions must receive explicit authorization from Quark Expeditions or its affiliate program management.
Email Marketing Approval
Email affiliates must obtain prior approval from Quark Expeditions' affiliate team before launching campaigns.
Cashback and Reward Policies
Cashback, RewardsBack, or Reward Points will only be credited or approved if the booking or lead is tracked in real-time and attributed correctly based on Quark Expeditions’ attribution rules.
Non-Compliance and Contact
Affiliates violating any of these terms will be removed from the Quark Expeditions Affiliate Program.

Lead Payout Structure
Lead commission is only applicable to verified leads. All leads are verified by Quark Expeditions and are subject to payout at our sole discretion. To ensure proper tracking and verification, please link directly to the Request a Quote (RAQ) form when promoting Quark Expeditions.
Booking Commission Payment Structure
Commissions earned on completed bookings will be paid within thirty (30) days following the vessel’s sailing date for the applicable voyage, provided the booking has not been cancelled, refunded, or otherwise invalidated. Payments will be issued in accordance with the affiliate program’s standard payment method and requirements, and Quark Expeditions may withhold or offset commissions in the event of cancellations, chargebacks, or other adjustments.
