Promoting adult/explicit or offensive content.
Promoting gambling, bad debt, tobacco, illegal, or misleading activities.
Spamming or use of deceptive marketing techniques.
Affiliate Guidelines
In addition, affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines:
No bidding on brand, broad brand, or typo-related keywords in paid search campaigns.
No content that violates applicable laws or offends common decency.
Affiliates must refrain from using inappropriate or misleading tactics.
CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) Terms
No Brand Bidding:
Affiliates must not bid on the brand name, variations of the brand name, or misspellings in paid search campaigns across any search engine.
Permitted Targeting:
Affiliates may only target generic keywords related to the merchant’s products or services but cannot use the brand name or any terms that could be confused with the brand name.
CSS Compliance:
Affiliates participating in CSS activities must comply with the restrictions on bidding and advertising as defined by the program. Violation of these terms may lead to immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
Non-Authorized Discount Codes:
Affiliates must not promote unauthorized discount codes or incentives not provided by the merchant.
Additional Terms
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotional activities comply with local laws and regulations.
Affiliates must not misrepresent the products or services being promoted.
Commission payments are subject to the program’s standard payout schedules, and commission rates may change at the discretion of the merchant.
