* Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in deceptive practices, including false advertising, unauthorized discounts, or fraudulent activities.
* Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with applicable laws, including GDPR and local advertising standards.
### **4\. Prohibited Activities**
* Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords, including “Kök & Bad,” or any variations, in paid search campaigns.
* Affiliates are prohibited from using their affiliate links for self-purchases or incentivized traffic.
* Affiliates may not misrepresent the brand or make false claims about products.
### **5\. Program Termination**
* Either party may terminate the affiliate partnership at any time with written notice.
* Kök & Bad reserves the right to terminate affiliates who violate the program terms, engage in prohibited activities, or harm the brand's reputation.
### **6\. Intellectual Property**
* Affiliates may use the provided marketing materials, including logos and banners, solely for promoting Kök & Bad.
* All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Kök & Bad.
### **7\. Liability**
* Kök & Bad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
* Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kök & Bad from any claims arising from their promotional activities.
