Welcome to the Glow For It Affiliate Programme! These terms and conditions govern your participation in our programme through AWIN. By joining, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, which comply with UK laws and AWIN’s guidelines.
1. Eligibility
- Affiliates must be 18 years or older to participate.
- Only affiliates operating websites, blogs, or social media platforms in compliance with UK law, including GDPR and advertising regulations, are eligible.
- Affiliates must not promote Glow For It on websites containing inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content.
- Glow For It reserves the right to approve or reject any application without explanation.
2. Commission and Payments
- Affiliates will earn 10% commission on valid sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
- Qualifying transactions exclude refunds, cancellations, VAT, shipping costs, and discounts.
- Commissions are payable 45 days after the transaction is validated, subject to AWIN’s payment thresholds and schedules.
- Payments are made via AWIN's platform. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up-to-date.
3. Tracking and Attribution
- Sales are tracked using cookies valid for 30 days.
- Transactions completed outside the cookie window or not tracked due to user actions (e.g., clearing cookies) will not qualify for commission.
- Glow For It is not responsible for tracking failures caused by technical issues, platform errors, or violations of these terms.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with ASA/CAP guidelines, e.g., using hashtags such as “#ad” or “#affiliate”.
- Affiliates may only use promotional materials provided or approved by Glow For It.
- Affiliates must not engage in deceptive marketing practices, such as misleading ads, cookie stuffing, or false claims about Glow For It products.
- Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Glow For It branded keywords, using unauthorized PPC campaigns, or creating domains/social media handles that impersonate Glow For It.
- Affiliates must comply with GDPR when collecting or processing customer data.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates may not promote Glow For It on websites with offensive, illegal, or discriminatory content.
- Affiliates must not use spam emails, unsolicited messages, or deceptive practices to promote Glow For It.
- Glow For It reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliates engaging in prohibited activities without notice.
6. Branding and Intellectual Property
- Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Glow For It trademarks, logos, and marketing materials for promotional purposes.
- Affiliates must not modify Glow For It branding or create derivative works without explicit permission.
- Unauthorized use of intellectual property will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days' written notice.
- Glow For It reserves the right to terminate any affiliate without notice for breach of these terms.
- Upon termination, affiliates must cease all use of Glow For It promotional materials and branding.
8. Confidentiality
- Affiliates agree to treat all non-public information about the programme, including commissions, campaign details, and performance metrics, as confidential.
- Affiliates must not disclose or share confidential information without Glow For It’s prior written consent.
9. Liability
- Glow For It is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the programme.
- Glow For It is not responsible for untracked or invalid transactions due to technical errors, user actions, or policy violations.
- Affiliates participate in the programme at their own risk.
10. Compliance with UK Law
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable UK laws, including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and GDPR.
- Affiliates must ensure all marketing and promotions adhere to the CAP Code and ASA guidelines.
11. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
12. Amendments
- Glow For It reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
