Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Voucher Codes
Affiliates may only use voucher codes provided directly by the Bohomoon affiliate team through AWIN. Bohomoon reserves the right to cancel commissions for any orders where unauthorised voucher codes are used, including codes publicly available on other websites or brand emails.
Commission Validations
- Commissions will be validated within 30 days.
- Bohomoon reserves the right to decline commissions on all returned goods.
PPC Policy
Affiliates must NOT:
- Bid on Bohomoon brand terms, including the brand name or URL, such as:
- Bohomoon
- Boho moon
- Bohomoon.com
- Use broad or phrase matches that conflict with Bohomoon’s brand name.
- Engage in direct linking or use pseudo-Bohomoon URLs.
Affiliates must add "Bohomoon" as a negative keyword in PPC campaigns. Any unauthorised activity will result in removal from the programme and potential further action.
Subnetworks
Subnetworks must be transparent about their traffic sources and provide real-time insights upon request. Subnetworks may not engage additional subnetworks under their remit.
Branding
Affiliates must ensure they use the most up-to-date Bohomoon logo and creative materials provided via AWIN. Please contact us if you require specific sizes or formats.
Creative Content
Bohomoon retains full discretion over all creative content. Affiliates must:
- Use Bohomoon materials as provided and may not edit or alter them.
- Ensure all promotions are accurate and up to date. Affiliates consistently promoting expired offers or incorrect prices will be removed.
If a Takedown Request is issued, affiliates must comply within 1 working day, or commissions from that time may be voided.
Tracking Pixel
Bohomoon allows affiliates to fire tracking pixels upon completed consumer actions.
Traffic Quality and Fraudulent Activity
Bohomoon reserves the right to request additional data on flagged transactions, including referral URLs, exposure proof, or internal reports. Affiliates found to be using fraudulent traffic sources will:
- - Have pending commissions declined.
- - Be removed from the programme.
Cookie Period
The cookie window for the Bohomoon programme is 7 days. Invalid transactions beyond this period will not be paid.
Programme Restrictions
Affiliates engaging in the following prohibited activities risk suspension and forfeiture of commissions:
- Using unauthorised voucher codes or expired offers.
- Engaging in adware/spyware use or fraudulent traffic generation.
- Violating Bohomoon’s PPC, branding, or traffic transparency policies.
