It is your responsibility to ensure that your tracking link is used correctly.Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:Using deceptive or misleading advertising practicesPromoting our products on sites with illegal, offensive, or inappropriate contentBidding on Little Trouble or related keywords on search engines (PPC ads)Engaging in spam or unsolicited email marketingCreating fake or unauthorized discount codesWe reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:Violation of these Terms & ConditionsFraudulent or unethical behaviorFailure to generate a minimum level of sales after a defined periodAffiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Little Trouble’s trademarks, logos, and other branding assets solely for the purpose of promoting our products/services. All use of our intellectual property must comply with the guidelines provided.We are not responsible for any technical failures, downtime, or issues related to your affiliate account. Our liability is limited to the amount of commissions owed to you, and we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.Affiliates must keep all information related to the affiliate program, including commission rates, marketing strategies, and customer data, confidential. You agree not to disclose this information to third parties.We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
