3. Orders and Delivery
Orders are confirmed via the website.
Orders before 16:00 on weekdays are delivered the next day; free shipping on orders over € 49.95.
4. Payment
Accepted methods: credit card, PayPal, and pay-after-delivery (within 14 days of receipt).
Prepayment limited to 50% of the order value.
5. Returns and Warranty
Returns: 30 days for unused items in original packaging; consumer covers return shipping costs.
Warranty: 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
6. Pricing
Prices include VAT and won’t increase within 3 months.
7. Complaints
Email complaints to online@tanglalighting-living.com; response within 14 days.
8. Applicable Law
Governed by Dutch law.
