**Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions**

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Piano Group LLC affiliate program ("Affiliate Program") through the website **PianoLuxury.com** ("Website"). By joining and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. **Enrollment in the Affiliate Program**
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must complete and submit an application through our affiliate portal. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Once approved, you will receive access to your affiliate account, which will allow you to track sales and commissions.
2. **Affiliate Obligations**
- You must promote **PianoLuxury.com** in a lawful and ethical manner.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Affiliates may not engage in any form of spam, misleading advertisements, or use deceptive marketing techniques.
- Affiliates must not bid on branded keywords (such as “PianoLuxury” or “Piano Group LLC”) in paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) without prior written approval from Piano Group LLC.
3. **Commissions and Payment**
- Affiliates will receive a 20% commission on the total order value of sales generated through their unique referral link.
- Commissions are earned when a customer makes a purchase through an affiliate’s link, and the sale is confirmed as legitimate.
- Commissions are calculated based on the final order amount after applicable discounts, taxes, and shipping fees have been deducted.
- Payments will be made ASAP via the chosen payment method.
- Piano Group LLC reserves the right to withhold commission payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. **Affiliate Link and Marketing Materials**
- Upon approval, affiliates will be provided with unique affiliate links and access to promotional materials such as banners and product images.
- Affiliates are permitted to use these materials to promote **PianoLuxury.com** via their website, blog, social media, email marketing, or other approved channels.
- Affiliates may modify or alter the provided materials without prior consent from Piano Group LLC.
5. **Prohibited Activities**
Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Engaging in any illegal or unethical activity related to the promotion of the Piano Group LLC brand or Website.
- Using deceptive or misleading marketing techniques.
- Posting negative, disparaging, or false information about **PianoLuxury.com** or its products.
- Engaging in any form of "cookie stuffing," click fraud, or other forms of fraudulent traffic generation.
6. **Tracking and Reporting**
- Piano Group LLC will track sales through the use of cookies associated with your affiliate link. It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate link is used correctly.
- Affiliates will be provided with access to an affiliate dashboard for tracking referrals, sales, and commissions. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of tracking data, but we cannot be held liable for discrepancies.
7. **Termination**
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
- Piano Group LLC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program for any reason, including violation of these terms or fraudulent activity.
- Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be paid in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.
8. **Limitation of Liability**
- Piano Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Affiliate Program.
- In no event shall the total liability of Piano Group LLC exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate during the previous six (6) months.
9. **Changes to the Program**
Piano Group LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time. Any changes to the Affiliate Program will be communicated via email or posted on the Affiliate Program page of the Website.
10. **Confidentiality**
Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information provided by Piano Group LLC, including, but not limited to, sales data, promotional materials, and affiliate account details.
11. **Indemnification**
Affiliates agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Piano Group LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the affiliate’s actions or failure to comply with this Agreement.
12. **Miscellaneous**
- This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Piano Group LLC with respect to the Affiliate Program.
- If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from Piano Group LLC.
By signing up for and participating in the Piano Group LLC Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
