Dowinx Gaming Chair Affiliate Program Agreement: By joining the Dowinx Gaming Chair Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
This Agreement serves as the legal foundation for our program and establishes guidelines to ensure fair and ethical marketing practices and protect the integrity of the Dowinx brand.
All affiliates must also abide by the ShareASale Terms of Use.
General Guidelines: Reasonable Traffic Sources: Affiliates may promote Dowinx gaming chairs through websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, paid search advertising, and online marketing channels.
Prohibited Conduct: Deceptive: Affiliates may not use misleading or inaccurate sexual representations in Dowinx product marketing, including exaggerating product features or benefits. Other Spam: Affiliates may not use solicited emails, text messages, or social media messages to promote Dowinx products. All marketing practices must comply with local laws, including anti-spam regulations. Adult, Illegal, or Illegal Content: Affiliates may not promote Dowinx products through websites or platforms that contain adult content, hate speech, or engage in any illegal activity. Impersonating Dowinx: Affiliates may not mislead consumers into believing they have any direct affiliation with Dowinx or represent Dowinx outside of the affiliate program.
2. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Restrictions: Trademark Terms: Affiliates may not use or bid on any Dowinx trademarked terms in paid search ads (such as Google Ads). These include: "Dowinx," "Dowinx Gaming Chair," and "Keyword Best Gaming Chair" (if used in conjunction with Dowinx products). PPC Restriction Note: Affiliates may not use Dowinx trademarked terms as part of their paid search keywords, ads, or descriptions, including those that compete with Dowinx's own PPC campaigns. Bidding on names, trademarks, or variations of these terms will result in disqualification from the Title Program.
3. Commission and Payment: Commission Rate: Affiliates receive an 8% commission on all revenue generated through their referral links. Cookie Duration: Tracking cookies last for 30 days. This means that any purchases made within 30 days of a user clicking an affiliate link will be transferred to the referring affiliate.
4. Prohibited Affiliate Activities: Prohibited Affiliate Fraud: Affiliates may not engage in fraudulent activities, including generating revenue through unauthorized methods such as using image accounts, click farming, or mining traffic. Prohibited Coupon and Deal Sites: Affiliates may not promote Dowinx products through coupon or deal sites unless specifically authorized by Dowinx.
5. Termination of Affiliate Accounts: Dowinx reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for violations of the above terms, including cheating, trademark misappropriation, or failure to comply with ShareASale's Terms of Use. If an affiliate's account is terminated for any reason, they may receive unauthorized commissions.
6. Changes to the Agreement: Dowinx reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes. Participation in the Program after these changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Compliance with the ShareASale Terms of Use: All affiliates must abide by the ShareASale Terms of Use. Affiliates are responsible for understanding and abiding by these terms while participating in the Program.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in an appropriate jurisdiction within the United States. This Program Agreement is designed to ensure that Affiliates can promote Dowinx products fairly and effectively while respecting our brand and maintaining legally successful ethical marketing practices.
