Smile Boutique NY Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the Smile Boutique NY Affiliate Program! By participating, you agree to comply with both the Awin Terms of Use and the following program-specific policies:
1. Prohibited Marketing Practices
Affiliates may not engage in spam, unsolicited email campaigns, or any form of deceptive or misleading advertising.
All promotional activities must be ethical, transparent, and respectful of user privacy.
2. Trademark Bidding
Affiliates may not bid on any keywords, search terms, or phrases containing “Smile Boutique NY” or close variations thereof on any search engines or paid advertising platforms.
This includes, but is not limited to, misspellings, domain names, or brand-related terms.
3. Misrepresentation
Affiliates may not misrepresent Smile Boutique NY products, services, or policies in any way.
All marketing efforts must accurately describe the nature, features, and benefits of our products.
4. Coupon & Discount Restrictions
Affiliates may only promote authorized coupons or discount codes issued directly by Smile Boutique NY.
Use of unauthorized coupon promotions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the program.
5. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may not use Smile Boutique NY’s branding, trademarks, logos, product images, or content without prior approval or outside of the officially provided affiliate materials.
Any unauthorized use of intellectual property will be considered a violation of this agreement.
6. Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Affiliates must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including (but not limited to):
Advertising standards (truth in advertising, FTC disclosure requirements, etc.)
Data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, or any other applicable laws).
Proper disclosure of affiliate relationships is required in all promotions.
7. Program Enforcement
Violations of any of the above policies may result in withholding of commissions, suspension, or permanent termination from the program.
Smile Boutique NY reserves the right to review, update, and enforce these terms at its discretion.
