DrLOUIE - Brand & Content Guidelines for Partners
Welcome, and thank you for partnering with DrLOUIE! Our mission is to provide scientifically advanced, luxurious skincare that delivers visible results while streamlining routine in a world where layering products is the norm. To ensure our brand is represented with the quality and integrity it deserves, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines when creating content.
1. The DrLOUIE Name
Our brand name should always be written correctly to maintain its professional and clinical identity.
- - Correct Usage: DrLOUIE, DrLOUIE Skincare
- - Incorrect Usage: drlouie, Dr. Louie, DR LOUIE
Please always refer to us as the brand DrLOUIE and not as a generic term.
2. Logo Usage
Our logo is our primary visual identifier. Please treat it with respect.
- Do:
- - Always use the official logo files provided in the Awin creative library.
- - Ensure there is adequate clear space around the logo, free from other text or graphics.
- - Use the logo at a size that is clearly legible.
-
- Don't:
- - Alter, stretch, rotate, or change the color of the logo.
- - Place the logo on a cluttered or visually competing background.
- - Add any other words, images, or effects to the logo.
3. Tone of Voice
Our brand voice reflects our commitment to science and luxury. Your content should align with these core pillars:
- - Scientific & Efficacious: Use confident, clear language. Focus on the benefits and the advanced formulations of our products.
- - Luxurious & Elegant: The experience of using DrLOUIE products is a pleasure. Your content should feel elevated, clean, and sophisticated.
- - Trustworthy & Transparent: We are an expert-created brand. Be honest and authentic in your reviews. Build trust with your audience by providing genuine feedback.
4. Messaging & Skincare Claims (Very Important)
As a skincare brand, we must be responsible with our language. You can and should talk about the wonderful results of our products, but you must not make unsubstantiated medical claims.
- Approved Language (Examples):
- "Helps to hydrate and plump the skin."
- "Improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles."
- "Promotes a brighter, more radiant complexion."
- "Formulated to soothe and calm sensitive skin."
-
- Prohibited Medical Claims (Examples):
- "Cures acne" or "treats rosacea."
- "Gets rid of wrinkles" or "eliminates scars."
- Any claim that suggests our products can treat, cure, or prevent a medical skin condition.
5. Visual & Imagery Guidelines
For partners creating original photo or video content:
- - Aesthetic: Keep visuals bright, clean, and elegant. Natural light is highly encouraged.
- - Focus: Showcase the product's texture, packaging, and application. "Before and after" images are powerful but must be genuine.
- - Avoid: Dark, blurry, or low-quality images. Cluttered backgrounds that distract from the product.
6. Summary of Key Prohibitions
To protect our brand and our partnership, please ensure you never:
- - Impersonate the official DrLOUIE brand on any platform, including social media accounts that could be mistaken for an official channel.
- - Use our brand assets (logo, name, images) on any page or site that contains offensive, hateful, or illegal content.
- - State or imply that you are an employee or official representative of DrLOUIE.
We are thrilled to have you as a partner. These guidelines are here to help you succeed in promoting DrLOUIE effectively. If you have any questions or need specific assets, please don't hesitate to reach out.
