Serwall Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Serwall Affiliate Programme. By joining, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. These guidelines are designed to ensure a fair and successful partnership for all parties involved.
1. Commission Structure
Earn competitive commissions ranging from 5% to 12%, based on your performance and promotional strategies.
Commission is calculated on the net transaction value, excluding VAT/sales tax, shipping fees, credit card charges, and any additional service fees.
2. Tracking & Payment
Standard cookie duration: 120 days.
Only valid and completed transactions are eligible for commission.
Orders are reviewed and approved within 30 to 60 days after purchase.
Commission is paid via AWIN’s payment schedule once the order is verified.
3. Ineligible Transactions
Commissions may be declined for the following reasons:
Cancelled orders or full/partial refunds
Failed customer credit checks
Duplicate or fraudulent orders
Product out-of-stock at dispatch
Violation of programme terms
4. Paid Search Policy
Brand bidding is strictly prohibited. This includes bidding on "Serwall", common misspellings, or variations of the domain.
Do not use brand terms in ad copy, display URLs, titles, or meta descriptions.
Add all Serwall brand terms as negative keywords in paid campaigns.
Your PPC activity must not conflict with Serwall’s internal advertising efforts.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Only use official discount codes provided or approved by Serwall.
Ensure all content accurately reflects Serwall product details, features, and pricing.
Misleading, exaggerated, or unauthorized claims are not permitted.
All deals and promotions must be valid and clearly display expiration dates.
6. Branding Guidelines
Use the official Serwall logo and primary brand color ##00939a to maintain visual consistency.
Do not alter, stretch, or distort the logo.
Marketing materials must align with Serwall’s brand values: comfort, craftsmanship, and outdoor living.
7. Restricted Content & Conduct
Affiliates may not promote adult content, illegal activities, violence, hate speech, or age-restricted products.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate that violates ethical or legal standards.
8. Termination
Serwall reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving fraud, brand abuse, or breach of these terms.
This programme operates with a 7-day notice period for termination.
By participating in the Serwall Affiliate Programme, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and conditions. We look forward to a successful and collaborative partnership with you!
