Preworn Wholesale Awin Publisher Terms and Conditions
1. Domain Name Usage Restrictions
As an Awin Publisher, you are strictly prohibited from using any Preworn Wholesale brand names or domains, such as prewornwholesale.com and preworn.co.uk, in any promotional or advertising efforts. These restrictions include:
Direct Domain Usage: Publishers may not incorporate Preworn Wholesale domains (e.g., prewornwholesale.com, preworn.co.uk) within URLs, redirects, or in any part of a website, landing page, or microsite.
Display URL Restrictions: Publishers are not allowed to use Preworn Wholesale domains in display URLs, paid search ads, or social media promotions, nor in any manner that could suggest the advertisement is directly associated with Preworn Wholesale.
Email Marketing and Messaging: Preworn Wholesale domains must not appear in email subject lines, body content, or any form of direct messaging linked to Publisher advertisements.
2. Brand Integrity and Misrepresentation
Imitation and Misleading Practices: Publishers are prohibited from using Preworn Wholesale domains or branding in a way that misrepresents the Publisher as being directly associated with or endorsed by Preworn Wholesale.
Prohibited Channels: The use of Preworn Wholesale domain names in social media, paid search, or third-party websites in a manner that implies direct affiliation with Preworn Wholesale is strictly forbidden.
3. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with these terms will result in the following actions:
Immediate Termination: Publishers in violation of these terms may be immediately removed from the Awin program with Preworn Wholesale.
Forfeiture of Earnings: Any commissions earned from non-compliant advertising practices will be forfeited.
Legal Action: Preworn Wholesale reserves the right to initiate legal action to recover any damages resulting from unauthorized use of its brand, domain names, or misrepresentation.
