Commission StructureAffiliates earn a 5% commission on every referred sale.Commissions are based on net sales, excluding any returns or cancellations.The average product price ranges from $50 to $300, providing affiliates with an excellent earning potential. 2. Cookie DurationLove All Tennis affiliates benefit from a 30-day cookie window, allowing for conversions within 30 days of a referred click. 3. Prohibited Promotional MethodsPaid Search Advertising: Affiliates may not bid on brand name keywords, brand-related terms, or misspellings of our brand (e.g., "Love All Tennis," "LoveAll Tennis Apparel") on any search engine.Trademark or Branded Domain Use: Affiliates are prohibited from registering any domain containing our brand name or any variation thereof.False Advertising: Affiliates are not permitted to make false claims or misrepresent our products, pricing, or policies. Only official product details and pricing as shown on our website should be used.Discount Codes: Only authorized discount codes provided by Love All Tennis may be used. Unauthorized codes, including "unpublished" or exclusive codes from other partners, are strictly prohibited.Incentivized Traffic: Affiliates may not offer incentives (cash-back, rewards, etc.) or use coupon sites without prior approval. 4. Content GuidelinesAffiliates must accurately represent our brand, products, and ethos in all marketing materials.Prohibited Content: Affiliates may not promote Love All Tennis on sites containing offensive, abusive, or inappropriate material or engage in illegal activities.Copyright Compliance: Affiliates should only use official images and brand assets provided by Love All Tennis and should not alter them without approval.5. Email MarketingAffiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act, when conducting email marketing.Prior approval is required for any email campaigns mentioning Love All Tennis, and these must clearly identify as coming from the affiliate.6. Social Media GuidelinesAffiliates are welcome to promote Love All Tennis on their social media channels, provided that:No misrepresentation of the brand or products occurs.Paid social ads that use our brand name require pre-approval.Affiliates do not create profiles using our brand name or variations of it.7. TerminationLove All Tennis reserves the right to terminate affiliates who violate this agreement or ShareASale’s Terms of Use.Termination will result in forfeiture of any pending commissions for violating affiliates.8. Modification of TermsLove All Tennis reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of those changes.By joining the Love All Tennis Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and act in the brand's best interest. Thank you for your partnership, and we look forward to growing together!Love All Tennis PPC Restriction RuleAffiliates participating in the Love All Tennis Affiliate Program are prohibited from engaging in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising to promote Love All Tennis. This includes, but is not limited to, the following restrictions:Bidding on Branded Terms: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on our brand name, brand-related terms, or misspellings (e.g., "Love All Tennis," "LoveAll Tennis Apparel") on any search engine, including Google, Bing, Yahoo, and others.Use of Brand Name in Ad Copy: Affiliates may not use "Love All Tennis" or any brand-related terms in the ad copy, including titles, descriptions, or display URLs, without prior written approval.Direct Linking: Affiliates are not allowed to use PPC ads that link directly to the Love All Tennis website. All PPC traffic must first land on the affiliate's own website before redirecting to Love All Tennis via approved affiliate links.Display URL Restrictions: Affiliates may not use display URLs that contain "Love All Tennis" or any branded variations, which may mislead customers into thinking the ad is from Love All Tennis directly.Negative Keyword Requirement: Affiliates must add "Love All Tennis" and related brand terms as negative keywords in their PPC campaigns to avoid accidental bidding on branded terms.Failure to comply with these PPC restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Love All Tennis Affiliate Program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
