Pissenlit Affiliate Program Agreement
This Agreement is a legal contract between Pissenlit ("we," "us," or "our") and the affiliate ("you" or "affiliate") who enrolls in our Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Program Overview
Pissenlit is a luxury cashmere outerwear brand offering high-quality, timeless pieces at accessible prices. Our Affiliate Program is designed to reward affiliates with competitive commissions, performance incentives, and access to exclusive seasonal promotions.
2. Commission and Payment Structure
Commission Rate: 8% on all sales, increasing to 10% after 10 sales within the season.
Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum threshold of $50.
Average Sale: $300 per transaction, giving affiliates a solid earning potential.
Cookie Duration: 30 days to ensure affiliates receive credit for referred sales.
3. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising Rules
Affiliates may not bid on Pissenlit’s branded terms (e.g., "Pissenlit cashmere," "Pissenlit outerwear," "Pissenlit coats") in any PPC advertising campaigns on search engines such as Google, Bing, or Yahoo. Affiliates are also prohibited from using variations or misspellings of our brand name or domain. Violation of this policy may result in termination from the program.
4. Promotional Content and Usage
Affiliates are provided with exclusive banners, links, and promotional materials through our affiliate portal. Affiliates are expected to use only authorized content and not to create their own materials without prior approval. Misuse of branding or unauthorized promotional methods will be grounds for removal from the program.
5. Auto-Approval & Compliance
All affiliates are subject to manual approval to ensure alignment with our brand values and marketing goals. We reserve the right to deny applications based on an affiliate’s past performance with other merchants or geographic location if necessary.
6. Email Communication and Program Updates
Upon application, affiliates will receive an automatic welcome email, which will include essential promotional materials (banners/links) to facilitate immediate engagement. Additional email communications may be sent periodically to announce bonuses, seasonal promotions, or new campaign opportunities. Affiliates are expected to review and stay informed about program updates via these emails.
7. Affiliate Compliance and Termination
We reserve the right to monitor affiliate activities and may terminate or suspend any affiliate account that violates program policies or engages in fraudulent activity. This includes but is not limited to: unauthorized PPC bidding, misleading promotions, or spamming.
8. Additional Terms
This agreement may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in program policies, commission structures, or terms. Affiliates will be notified of updates via email, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
