By participating in the Indigo Herbs Affiliate Program ("the Program") through the Awin network, you ("the Affiliate") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in termination, suspension, or reduction of commissions to 0%.

- Indigo Herbs reserves the right to accept or reject any application. Applications may be rejected if your content is deemed unsuitable or in violation of these terms.
1.2 Responsibility for Content
- Affiliates are solely responsible for all content published on their platforms.
- Websites or platforms must not contain:
- Illegal or infringing materials.
- Obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content.
- Content harmful to minors or promoting violence or abuse.
- Malware, spyware, or any malicious code.
- Unauthorized use of Indigo Herbs intellectual property.

2. Use of Marketing Materials
2.1 Creative Content
- Affiliates must use only the approved creatives, banners, and text links provided through the Awin interface.
- Altering or modifying any creative or text link is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Brand Representation
- Affiliates must represent themselves as affiliates, not as partners or official representatives of Indigo Herbs.
- Affiliates may not conduct PR activities or imply a partnership without prior written consent.

3. Voucher/Discount Codes
3.1 Approved Codes
- Affiliates may only promote voucher or discount codes provided directly by Indigo Herbs or through the Awin network.
- Unauthorized or user-generated codes are not permitted.
3.2 Expired Codes
- Expired codes must be clearly marked as such or removed from all platforms. Failure to comply may result in suspension or commission withholding.

- Indigo Herbs reserves the right to withhold commissions for sales resulting from unauthorized or misleading codes.

4. PPC Advertising Restrictions Keyword Policy
Affiliated must not use any PPC strategies using keywords, adverts, copy or any sort of creative related to our specific brands, products or product ranges.
4.1 Prohibited Keywords
- Affiliates may not bid on Indigo Herbs Limited’s trademarked brand terms, product names or categories or any misspellings thereof in search engine advertising or similar services. Prohibited terms include, but are not limited to:
- "Indigo Herbs®", “Indigo Nutrition®”, “Indigo Teas®“, “Indigo Wholefoods®”
- "Indigo Herbs promo code"
- "Indigo Herbs discount code"
- Affiliates may not use Indigo Herbs trademarked brand terms in their ad copy, titles, or URLs or any other creative.
4.2 PPC Advertising Restrictions
- Affiliates may not directly link to Indigo Herbs’ website via PPC ads.
- Violations will result in forfeiture of commissions and potential program suspension.

5. Affiliate Conduct
5.1 Prohibited Environments
Affiliates may not promote the Program in any environment containing:
- Illegal material.
- Obscene, sexually explicit, or violent content.
- Discriminatory or defamatory material.
- Content infringing on third-party intellectual property.
5.2 Traffic and Sales Validation
- Affiliates must provide clear and demonstrable proof of traffic sources upon request.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or unsubstantiated sales will result in commission reversals and potential suspension.

6.1 Timely Response
- Affiliates must respond promptly to inquiries from Indigo Herbs regarding suspected violations.
- Failure to provide requested information may result in commission reversals or suspension.
6.2 Compliance Monitoring
- Indigo Herbs reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities for non -compliance. Non-compliance will result in warnings, commission reversals, or termination.

7. Termination and Suspension
7.1 Right to Terminate
- Indigo Herbs may terminate your participation in the Program or adjust your commission to 0% if you fail to comply with any of these terms or if your actions are deemed detrimental to the brand.
7.2 Reactivation
- Reactivation of suspended accounts will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Application and Enrolment
9.1 Application Process
Once you have applied to become an Affiliate, Indigo Herbs will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection.
If additional information is required to process your application, we will contact you. Failure to provide the requested information may result in your application being declined.
Applications that remain unanswered by Indigo Herbs for 30 days from the date of submission will be considered rejected.
Affiliates are welcome to reapply to the Program at any time if their application is rejected, provided they address any previously noted deficiencies.
