Wellow, Inc. Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
- Agreement: By participating in the Wellow, Inc. Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Affiliate Responsibilities:
- Promote Wellow products and services in a professional and ethical manner.
- Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Not use misleading or deceptive advertising practices.
- Not use Wellow’s trademarks or logos without prior written consent.
- Keep your affiliate account information up-to-date.
- PPC campaigns are strictly forbidden for any search engine.
- Affiliates MUST NOT register/buy or use domains that users may believe are part of Wellow.
- Affiliates may not create websites that may impersonate the Wellow website.
Commission:
- Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
- Wellow, Inc. reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time.
Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content, remain the property of Wellow, Inc.
Termination:
- Wellow, Inc. may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
- Wellow, Inc. may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellow, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the Program.
Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Modifications:
Wellow, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Entire Agreement:
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wellow, Inc. and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
