**Enrollment**
To become an affiliate, you must apply through the AWIN network and be approved by us. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
**Affiliate Links**
Once approved, you will gain access to special tracking links provided through AWIN. You must only use these links for promoting our products and services. Any modification to the tracking links may invalidate commissions.
**Commission Structure**
Commissions will be paid on valid sales generated through your affiliate links. The commission rate and structure will be clearly outlined in your AWIN account. Commissions are subject to change with prior notice.
**Tracking and Reporting**
AWIN will track the performance of your affiliate links, including clicks and sales. You are responsible for regularly checking your account for updates and ensuring the proper use of your tracking links.
**Payouts**
Commissions will be paid out by AWIN in accordance with their payment schedule and methods. Payouts will only be made once the minimum threshold set by AWIN has been reached.
**Prohibited Activities**
Affiliates must adhere to AWIN’s and our policies. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
* Using unethical or misleading advertising practices.
* Promoting through spam or unsolicited communications.
* Bidding on our brand name or related keywords in search engines without prior approval.
**Content Guidelines**
Affiliates are encouraged to promote our brand authentically. We reserve the right to request removal of content that misrepresents our products or uses our branding inappropriately.
**Termination**
Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and promotional materials from your platforms.
**Modifications**
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
**Liability**
We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Your relationship with AWIN is governed by their terms of service.
By participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to abide by them.
