Brand Representation
- Affiliates must not include Hadley Pollet brand terms, or misspelt variations thereof, in the domain or subdomain of their website's URL. (Affiliates may use correctly spelt Hadley Pollet brand terms after the domain of their website URL. eg. affiliate.com/Hadley Pollet.
- Affiliates are not permitted to purchase, own or bid on any domain names with the word ‘Hadley Pollet’ or misspellings of ‘Hadley Pollet’ in the URL.
- Affiliates must not post on any official Hadley Pollet social media platform in order to attempt to drive visitors to their webpage.
PPC
- We may choose to partner with select affiliates for the PPC campaign - make sure you contact our affiliate team to inquire into this opportunity. Without our approval, please observe below:
-Hadley Pollet operate strict paid search Ts&Cs and reserve the right to suspend affiliates that do not follow the program terms.
- Commission will not be paid where there is evidence of paid search activity on 'Hadley Pollet' brand terms
- Commission will not be paid where there is evidence of paid search activity on non-branded search terms for Hadley Pollet products.
Prohibited SEM Ad Copy
- Content Terms that publishers are prohibited from using in the ad copy of their search marketing campaigns - "Official" or "official site"; trademark/registered symbols; misspellings of our trademarks, series names or domain in ad copy.
Web Site - Unacceptable Web Sites
Downloadable Software is Not Allowed. Ebay, Etsy, Amazon Sales are Not Allowed.
Voucher/Discount Codes
- Using "Click to Reveal" when there is no valid or current code present is not permitted for affiliate publishers using "Click to Reveal" to show any deals / offers / sales instead of vouchers.
- Voucher code affiliate publishers must clearly detail the voucher offer that will be revealed by the click.
- A valid code or promotion is defined as a code that has been legitimately issued by Hadley Pollet for use by affiliates and not a code that has been issued to consumers direct. Where a promotion code such as this is used the commission will be disqualified.
- Affiliates may not put the Hadley Pollet website into frames or use masked URLs.
Email Marketing
Email campaigns are allowed as long as partners are CAN-SPAM Compliant. Email campaigns are allowed upon request. Any publisher that runs mail campaigns without contacting us first is considered in violation of our terms and conditions. It is the sole responsibility of the affiliate to use only authentic and lawfully obtained mailing lists from reputable providers for the purpose of promoting Hadley Pollet products.
FTC Disclosure Requirements
Your FTC disclosure must be understood by “a significant minority” of consumers: The FTC requires that disclosure messages “should use clear language and syntax and avoid legalese or technical jargon.”
Qualifying Products
Hadley Pollet reserves the right to add or delete products at any time at its sole discretion as market conditions change.
Grounds for Termination
The term of this Agreement will begin when you accept and will end when terminated by either party. Either Hadley Pollet or the affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, all licenses granted hereunder
