General Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Partner Program "desktronic.co.uk"

Restrictions

  • Partners with unlawful, political, violent, pornographic, or otherwise illegal content are strictly excluded from participating in the partner program.
  • We, as the advertiser, reserve the right to terminate cooperation immediately if the advertising materials provided by us are used on such websites. Any resulting transactions will also be rejected, and commission claims will be voided.
  • Only publishers with valid imprint information on their advertising spaces will be accepted for cooperation.
  • Websites still under construction, generating errors in any form, or lacking the ability for content review are excluded from participating in the partner program.
  • Partners in the advertiser program must be fully legally competent.

Advertising Materials / Linking

  • The advertising materials provided by the partner program may only be used exclusively on the registered advertising spaces specified during the program registration.
  • The publisher is responsible for ensuring that the advertising materials are up-to-date and is obligated to remove them immediately from their website if requested by the advertiser or if there is reason to believe the material should no longer be used.
  • Any modification or alteration of the provided advertising materials is not permitted without prior approval from the advertiser.
  • The publisher is granted permission through the network to use the provided advertising materials for the duration of their cooperation with the advertiser program. Once the cooperation ends, the advertising materials must no longer be used.
  • Redirecting to the advertiser's website is only allowed if the redirection originates from a visible, registered publisher website accessible to the end user. Direct or nonstop redirections are not permitted.
  • Custom advertising materials may be created in consultation with the advertiser.
  • The use of pop-ups or layers that are delivered when a page loads is not allowed.terms.
