Program Agreement for Affiliates of KT (KHANH TRINH) Program
Welcome to the KT KHANH TRINH Affiliate Program! By participating in our program, you agree to adhere to the following terms, conditions, and program rules. Please review these guidelines carefully to ensure compliance and a successful partnership with us.
1. Affiliate Obligations
- Affiliates must accurately represent KT (KHANH TRINH) ’s Products and refrain from making any exaggerated claims or misleading statements.
- Affiliates must not mislead customers with unauthorized discounts or incentives.
- Affiliates are prohibited from making medical claims that are not endorsed by KT (KHANH TRINH).
- Affiliates must comply with all local and federal laws governing advertising practices, including (but not limited to) the FTC guidelines for endorsements and testimonials.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Keyword Bidding: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on keywords containing “KHANH TRINH”, “KT”, “KT KHANH TRINH” or similar brand terms, including misspellings, in search engines.
- Direct Linking: Affiliates are prohibited from directly linking PPC ads to the KT (KHANH TRINH) website. All traffic must pass through the affiliate's website or landing page first.
- Incentivized Traffic: Affiliates may not use incentivized traffic sources unless given explicit permission from KT (KHANH TRINH).
- Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as KT (KHANH TRINH), our brand representatives, or claim to be an official partner beyond the affiliate relationship.
3. Restricted Marketing Channels
- Email Marketing: Affiliates must obtain prior written consent to use email marketing to promote KT (KHANH TRINH) products.
- Pop-Ups and Pop-Unders: Affiliates are prohibited from using pop-up or pop-under ads for KT (KHANH TRINH) products.
- Trademark Infringement: Affiliates must avoid using brand logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material without express permission.
- False Promotions: Affiliates may not offer discounts or promotions that are not sanctioned by KT (KHANH TRINH)
4. Content Guidelines
- All promotional content must align with KT (KHANH TRINH)’s brand values and product description. Affiliates should refrain from using offensive, discriminatory, or misleading language.
- Affiliates must not make medical claims or imply health benefits unless explicitly approved by KT (KHANH TRINH).
- Affiliates must update promotional content in line with any updates or changes issued by KT (KHANH TRINH).
5. Compliance with Trademark Guidelines
Affiliates are permitted to mention the brand name "KT, KHANH TRINH, KT KHANH TRINH" and product names in their promotional content to ensure customers recognize and understand the brand. However, affiliates must follow specific guidelines to prevent brand-related keyword competition and preserve the official brand’s ranking on search engines.
6. Restrictions on SEO Keyword Usage
Affiliates may mention “KT, KHANH TRINH, KT KHANH TRINH” in the body text, product descriptions, and subheadings. However, affiliates must not use the brand name “KT” “KHANH TRINH” or “KT KHANH TRINH” in SEO-optimized positions such as:
- Page titles (title tags)
- URLs
- Meta descriptions This is to prevent affiliate pages from outranking the official brand website on search engines.
7. Linking to the Official Brand Site
Affiliates are required to include a direct link to the official product page or another designated landing page on the KT (KHANH TRINH) website. This direct linking helps customers easily verify the product source and strengthens brand integrity.
8. Use of Alternative Keywords
To promote the product effectively without brand-related SEO conflicts, affiliates are encouraged to use general phrases, such as “foldable pull up bar” “foldable free standing pull up bar” “folding pull up stand” “multipurpose training stand” “adjustable workout frame” or “versatile pull-up stand”... in SEO-sensitive areas. This approach targets the product’s functionality without competing with the brand’s primary keywords.
9. Maintaining Brand Consistency
Affiliates should use only approved brand descriptions and promotional materials provided by KT (KHANH TRINH) to ensure accurate and consistent representation of the brand. Custom descriptions of the brand or product are subject to review and approval.
For questions regarding the use of brand names or for additional promotional resources, affiliates are encouraged to reach out to the KT (KHANH TRINH) Affiliate Program Manager.

10. Penalty & Enforcement Actions
To maintain the integrity of our affiliate program, KT (KHANH TRINH) reserves the right to apply the following penalties if affiliates are found to be in breach of any program rules:
- 1st Violation: Written Warning
Affiliates will receive an official warning and must address and correct the violation immediately.
- 2nd Violation: Temporary Suspension
If the affiliate fails to correct the violation or engages in a second offense, KT (KHANH TRINH) may suspend the affiliate’s account temporarily. During this period, all commissions may be withheld.
- 3rd Violation: Permanent Termination
Repeated violations or any severe breach of the agreement will result in a permanent ban from the program, forfeiting all future commissions.
- Commission Withholding
KT (KHANH TRINH) reserves the right to withhold commissions associated with orders that originated from prohibited activities, including fraudulent methods, unauthorized discounts, or misleading promotions.
- Legal Action & Compensation
In cases of significant harm to the brand or financial loss caused by violations, KT (KHANH TRINH) reserves the right to pursue legal action and seek compensation as necessary.

11. Right to Amend
KT (KHANH TRINH) reserves the right to update or change this Program Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
