Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Thank you for joining our affiliate program on Awin. Please read the following terms carefully before participating in our program. By applying for and being accepted into our program, you agree to abide by these terms:
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates will receive a 7% commission on all qualifying sales generated through their referral link.
Commissions will only be paid on verified sales (returns and cancellations are not eligible).
Payment will be made according to Awin’s standard payout schedule.
2. Content and Discount Code Policy
Affiliates must use only official images, logos, and content provided in the Awin portal.
Misleading claims or false promotions are strictly prohibited.
All affiliates are required to use the designated code LOVEGLERC for promotions.
If you’d like a personalized and exclusive code, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide one.
Codes such as BIKE10 and SAVE10 have been frequently misused and are no longer permitted. Use of unauthorized or non-assigned discount codes may result in canceled commissions and removal from the program.
3. Affiliate Marketing Channels
Affiliates are permitted to promote our brand via their website, social media, email, and other approved channels.
Email Marketing: Affiliates must comply with anti-spam laws and provide an opt-out mechanism for recipients.
PPC Advertising: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on our brand name or variations thereof, including but not limited to, “BrandName” or misspellings of our brand name.
4. Content and Brand Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to use only the approved images, logos, and content provided in the Awin portal.
Misleading claims or false advertising of our products or offers are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not offer coupons or discounts not approved or officially provided by our brand.
5. Cookie Duration
The cookie duration for this program is 30 days. Commissions will be awarded on sales made within this period after a user clicks the affiliate’s referral link.
6. Termination of Agreement
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and your participation in our affiliate program at any time for violation of these terms, unauthorized marketing practices, or other actions deemed harmful to our brand.
7. Disclosure Requirement
Affiliates are required to clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with us in compliance with FTC guidelines or local regulations where applicable.
8. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations in promoting our products.
