InTheZone Labs Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the InTheZone Labs Affiliate Program! By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. This agreement provides the guidelines and rules for affiliates promoting InTheZone Labs products.
1. Commission Rate
• Affiliates will earn a base commission of 20% per sale generated through their unique affiliate links.
• Commission rates may vary based on special promotions or agreements and can be subject to change with prior notification.
2. Payment Terms
• Commissions will be paid out monthly, provided that the minimum payout threshold of $50 has been met.
• Payments will be issued via [preferred payment method, e.g., PayPal, bank transfer].
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information to avoid delays.
3. Approved Marketing Channels
• Affiliates may promote InTheZone Labs on personal websites, social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters, provided they comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
• PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) are permitted but must not use the “InTheZone Labs” brand name or any trademarked terms as keywords.
4. Prohibited Marketing Practices
• Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in spam or unsolicited advertising, which includes but is not limited to bulk email campaigns, posting on forums, and automated bot marketing.
• Affiliates must avoid deceptive practices, such as false claims about the products, misleading promotions, or unauthorized discounts.
• Affiliates found to be in violation of these terms will be subject to immediate termination of their affiliate account and forfeiture of pending commissions.
5. Compliance with FTC Guidelines
• Affiliates are required to comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on affiliate disclosures. This includes clearly disclosing your relationship with InTheZone Labs when promoting our products.
• Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Trademark and Branding Guidelines
• Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by InTheZone Labs, but any modification to logos, images, or brand assets is not permitted.
• The use of the InTheZone Labs name in domain names, social media profiles, or any branded impersonation is prohibited.
7. Limited License and Intellectual Property
• InTheZone Labs grants affiliates a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our brand assets solely for promotional purposes as outlined in this agreement.
• This license is immediately revoked if the affiliate relationship is terminated.
8. Termination of Affiliate Account
• Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying us in writing.
• InTheZone Labs reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without notice if found in violation of the program terms, including but not limited to prohibited marketing practices, fraudulent activity, or any breach of this agreement.
9. Liability
• InTheZone Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program.
• Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless InTheZone Labs against any claims or legal actions arising from their promotion or use of our products.
10. Governing Law
• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State, e.g., California].
11. Modification of Agreement
• InTheZone Labs reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any major changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
