Welcome to the Untamed Post Affiliate Program (the “Program”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules for participating in the Program, which is managed through our affiliate partner, Awin. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Overview
Untamed Post is a small business specializing in custom, candy-free, screen-free gift crates for kids ages 3–11. The Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by promoting Untamed Post products through unique tracking links provided via Awin.
2. Enrollment
Applications are processed through Awin
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
We may reject applications for reasons including, but not limited to, websites that:
Promote violence, hate, or illegal activity
Contain adult or inappropriate content
Misrepresent Untamed Post or our products
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
Promote Untamed Post honestly and in a family-friendly manner.
Use only links, banners, or creatives provided via Awin or pre-approved by Untamed Post.
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”).
Not:
Use false or misleading claims about Untamed Post
Engage in spammy practices (unsolicited email, comment spam, etc.)
Bid on trademarks such as “Untamed Post” in paid search without permission
Misrepresent themselves as being Untamed Post
4. Commissions & Payments
Commission rates and payment terms are set and managed by Awin.
Commissions are only earned on qualifying purchases tracked and approved by Awin.
Any disputes regarding tracking or payments must be addressed through Awin’s system.
Untamed Post is not responsible for payment delays or technical issues on Awin’s platform.
5. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use Untamed Post’s name, logo, product images, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Untamed Post through the Program.
Unauthorized use (e.g., altering logos, creating misleading product images) is not allowed.
6. Term & Termination
Affiliates may leave the Program at any time by removing links and notifying Untamed Post or Awin.
Untamed Post may terminate any affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without cause, especially for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, affiliates must remove all Untamed Post links and materials immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
Untamed Post is a small business and cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages related to participation in the Program. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total commission paid to you in the previous three (3) months.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via Awin. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. conditions content
