Bebello Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Bebello Affiliate Program hosted on ShareASale. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Program. By signing up, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Definitions of Terms
- Affiliate: Any individual or entity approved by Bebello to promote our products through ShareASale.
- Bebello: The advertiser and operator of the affiliate program.
- Program: The Bebello Affiliate Program operated through ShareASale.
- Customer: A person who makes a qualifying purchase of Bebello products via an Affiliate's tracking link.
- Qualified Sale: A completed purchase of Bebello products through ShareASale by a Customer using an Affiliate’s tracking link.
2. Consumer Protection
Affiliates must comply with all applicable consumer protection laws and FTC guidelines. Full disclosure of affiliate relationships in promotional content is mandatory where applicable by law.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All Bebello branding, materials, and assets when supplied by Bebello are protected and owned by Bebello. Affiliates may use these assets solely for the purpose of promoting Bebello under this Program.
4. Sale Qualification
Qualified Sales must be:
- Made through an Affiliate's ShareASale tracking link.
- Not canceled or refunded within 30 days.
- Not self-referrals or fraudulent.
5. Content Expectations
By joining the program you agree to create authentic, not AI generated content.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are made by ShareASale per their standard schedule. Only verified Qualified Sales are eligible for commission.
7. Commission Rates
- Base Rate: 5% per Qualified Sale.
- Note: Commission rates are subject to change at Bebello’s discretion. Affiliates will be notified of changes in advance.
8. Agreement Termination
Bebello may terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time for any reason. Affiliates can also terminate their participation via their ShareASale account.
9. Restriction on Promotional Activities Strictly prohibited activities include:
- Using Google Ads or any paid search engine advertising (including but not limited to Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.) to promote Bebello. This includes bidding on branded terms (e.g., “Bebello”) or any variations or misspellings thereof.
- Misleading or unlawful promotional practices.
10. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Clause
As an affiliate, you may be exposed to confidential or non-public information regarding future product releases, promotions, or business strategies. By participating in this program:
- You agree not to share, publish, distribute, or disclose any confidential information, including but not limited to unreleased product details, internal promotions, or marketing plans.
- This confidentiality obligation survives termination of your participation in the program.
11. Indemnification Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bebello from any claims arising from misuse of the Program or breach of this Agreement.
