Urbandi Affiliate Program Agreement
Thank you for partnering with Urbandi. As an affiliate, we ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure a successful and respectful collaboration. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Restricted Advertising Practices
Affiliates may not use paid search ads (PPC) or direct linking with our brand name, "Urbandi," or any variations of it. Bidding on Urbandi trademarks or misspellings is also prohibited.
Prohibited Content
Affiliates must avoid promoting Urbandi on any sites containing offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content. This includes but is not limited to sites promoting violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
False or Misleading Claims
Affiliates may not make false claims about Urbandi products, pricing, or policies. Only authorized promotional content provided by Urbandi may be used.
Coupon and Discount Policies
Affiliates may only promote discounts or offers officially provided by Urbandi. Unauthorized discount codes or coupon stacking is not allowed.
Cookie Stuffing and Malicious Software
Affiliates are prohibited from using cookie stuffing, malware, or any other malicious tactics to inflate earnings.
Affiliate Transparency
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate status in compliance with FTC guidelines when promoting Urbandi products.
Brand Representation
Affiliates must accurately represent Urbandi and its products without implying that they are official representatives of the company.
Program Termination
Urbandi reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program at any time if these guidelines are violated. Affiliates will forfeit any outstanding commissions in cases of non-compliance.
