By joining the WA:IT Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, in addition to Awin's Terms of Use. These guidelines are intended to support a transparent, ethical, and successful collaboration.
1. Program Eligibility
Affiliates must manage a website, blog, or social media account relevant to our brand values — such as sustainable beauty, wellness, mindfulness, and luxury. All activities must comply with applicable laws and FTC disclosure guidelines.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following are not allowed and may lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions:
Misleading Claims: No false or exaggerated claims about WA:IT products.
Spam: No unsolicited emails or messaging.
Cookie Stuffing: Not permitted.
Discount/Coupon Sites: Promotion on such sites is prohibited.
Brand Bidding: Affiliates must not bid on keywords like “WA:IT”, “WAIT Botanicamente”, “HITO”, “HARU”, “AKA”, “LUCE”, or any variations.
2.1 Paid Search Policy
Affiliates may not run any PPC campaigns on brand terms or direct link to our site without prior written approval.

3. Content Guidelines
Affiliates may only use official WA:IT assets (images, logos, descriptions). Content must reflect our ethos of sustainability, mindfulness, and elegance — always presented in a professional, authentic way.
4. Commission & Payments
Commissions are earned on valid, completed sales.
Canceled, returned, or fraudulent orders are not eligible.
WA:IT may update commission structures at any time with prior notice.
5. Termination
WA:IT reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time due to inactivity, misalignment with our values, or violations of these terms. Affiliates may also withdraw at any time.
6. Legal & Liability
Affiliates agree to indemnify WA:IT against any claims resulting from breach of these terms or misuse of our brand assets. WA:IT is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
