By signing up for the Panelling Direct affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
**1\. Enrolment in the program**
To begin the enrolment process, you must submit a completed Affiliate Program application through our website. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we feel that your method of promotion is unsuitable for our program.
**2\. Affiliate Responsibilities**
As a member of our Affiliate Program, you agree to:
* Promote Panelling Direct products on your website, social media channels or other platforms.
* Ensure your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent activities.
* Only use promotional materials provided to you by Panelling Direct or approved in writing by us.
**3\. Commissions**
* Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate links and coupon codes.
* Commissions will be calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
* Commissions will be credited after the 30-day return period has passed for the purchased product(s).
**4\. Payment of Commissions**
* Commissions will be paid on the 1st business day of every month.
* Payment will be made via PayPal to the account details stored in your member area.
* A minimum threshold of £20 must be met for commission payouts. If the minimum threshold is not met, the commission will roll over to the next month.
**5\. Termination**
* Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.
* If you breach this agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program immediately without notice.
* Upon termination, you will not longer be eligible to earn or receive commissions, and you must immediately cease using our promotional materials and trademarks.
**6\. Modification**
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Modifications may include changes to the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules. We will notify you of any changes by posting a new agreement on our website. Your continued participation in the program following the posting of the new agreement will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
**7\. Limitation of Liability**
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or program.
**8\. Disclaimers**
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or any products sold through the program (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of the course of performance, dealing or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
**9\. Independent Contractor**
You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.
**10\. Governing Law**
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to the conflicts of laws and principles thereof.
By signing up for this Panelling Direct Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all it’s terms and conditions.
