Atunus Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for affiliates participating in the Atunus Affiliate Program. By joining the program, affiliates agree to adhere to the policies and restrictions set forth below, as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use.
1. Prohibited Promotional Tactics
Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on any keywords containing “Atunus” or similar variations in search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads). Using any of Atunus’ brand names as keywords in any PPC or paid search marketing is grounds for immediate termination from the program.
Incentivized Traffic: Affiliates may offer their customers incentives, provided affiliates bear the cost of any incentive. Atunus will supply affiliates with approved coupon codes for exclusive customer promotions.
Email Marketing: Affiliates may not engage in spam or unsolicited bulk emailing involving Atunus’ brand name or affiliate links. All email marketing must comply with legal regulations and best practices, including appropriate opt-out options.
2. Content and Brand Guidelines
Content Accuracy: Affiliates are required to base all promotional content on product specifications, features, and reviews found exclusively on the Atunus website and official social media channels. Atunus does not sell replica or counterfeit products, and affiliates should refrain from any language implying otherwise.
Brand Representation: Affiliates must represent the Atunus brand professionally and accurately. Modifications to brand assets, including logos and images, are prohibited without express permission. Misleading or offensive claims are grounds for termination.
3. Advertising and Channel Restrictions
Permitted and Prohibited Sites: Affiliates may promote Atunus products on websites that align with our brand’s values, such as home and garden, lifestyle, shopping, design, and business sites. Listing on discount and coupon websites is permitted. However, affiliates are prohibited from promoting Atunus on adult, gambling, cryptocurrency-related, or illegal websites.
Legal Compliance: Affiliates are required to adhere to all applicable legal standards, including FTC guidelines for transparent disclosure of affiliate relationships, GDPR (if applicable), and other US market regulations, to maintain ethical and legal practices.
4. Performance and Termination Criteria
Termination Clause: Atunus reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, brand misrepresentation, violations of this Agreement, non-compliance with legal regulations, engagement in prohibited advertising channels, or any fraudulent or unethical conduct.
