Men’s Tuxedo USA Affiliate Program Terms Overview
Welcome to the Men’s Tuxedo USA Affiliate Program! We’re excited to have you as a partner and are committed to supporting your success in promoting our premium formalwear. By participating in this program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Affiliate Eligibility
- Affiliates must operate a website, blog, or platform that aligns with our brand values and target audience.
- Men’s Tuxedo USA reserves the right to review, approve, or deny any application and terminate affiliates who fail to comply with our policies.
Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a 9% commission on all qualifying sales generated through their referral links.
- Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping fees, returns, and refunds.
Attribution Period (Cookie Length)
- A 30-day cookie is used to track affiliate referrals. Affiliates will be credited for purchases made within 30 days of the initial referral, as long as cookies remain intact and no other referral link is used.
PPC Advertising Policy
- Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Men’s Tuxedo USA branded keywords or misrepresenting themselves as Men’s Tuxedo USA in paid search ads.
- Violations of this policy may lead to immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of earned commissions.
Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates must accurately represent our products and brand.
- Unethical practices, spam tactics, or misleading promotions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Branding & Marketing Assets
- Affiliates may use approved logos, banners, and promotional materials provided by Men’s Tuxedo USA.

De-Duplication
- If multiple affiliates claim credit for a single sale, our last-click attribution model will determine which affiliate receives the commission.
Program Updates
- Men’s Tuxedo USA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email 30 days in advance.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the affiliate partnership at any time.
- Upon termination, commissions meeting the payment threshold will be paid within 30 days, provided there are no outstanding violations.
