Prohibited Practices*** Affiliates may not use unauthorized discount codes, including codes not provided directly by Beach Cafe.* Affiliates must not misrepresent Beach Cafe products, services, or promotional offers.* Affiliates may not use spam techniques, unauthorized ad placements, or participate in any activity that may harm Beach Cafe's reputation.**5\. Content Requirements*** Affiliates should produce content that aligns with Beach Cafe’s values, showcasing high-quality beachwear, swimwear, and resort fashion.* Content must be suitable for all audiences and may not include offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material.**6\. Intellectual Property*** Affiliates may use approved Beach Cafe logos and images for promotional purposes, provided these are not altered.* All promotional content, including logos and product images, remains the intellectual property of Beach Cafe and must be used in accordance with these terms.**7\. Program Changes and Termination*** Beach Cafe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time, for any reason, without notice.* Affiliates may be removed from the program for violating these terms, fraudulent activity, or any action that misrepresents the Beach Cafe brand.* Any modifications to the commission rate or program structure will be communicated in advance when possible.**8\. Payment and Reporting*** Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and contact details within the affiliate platform.* Commission payments will be made according to Beach Cafe’s payment schedule, subject to meeting the minimum pay out threshold.* Commissions on returned or cancelled orders will not be paid or, if already paid, will be adjusted in subsequent payments.**9\.
