Program Terms

Dosey's Affiliate Program Agreement outlines the following restrictions and guidelines to ensure compliance and uphold our brand standards:

Prohibited Advertising Channels: Affiliates may not promote Dosey products through illegal or unethical channels, including, but not limited to, spam emails, misleading ads, and sites containing offensive or adult content.

Paid Search Restrictions: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Dosey trademarks, including "Dosey," "Dosey Pill Compact," or variations thereof, in search engines or paid advertising campaigns.

Discount Code Limitations: Only approved discount codes provided directly by Dosey may be used in promotions. Unauthorized codes or creation of false promotional discounts is strictly prohibited.

Trademark and Content Usage: Affiliates may use approved Dosey marketing materials, logos, and images only. Altering Dosey branding, misrepresenting Dosey products, or creating derivative works is not allowed.

Social Media and Influencer Promotions: All social media promotions must comply with FTC guidelines, including clear disclosure of affiliate relationships (e.g., #ad or #affiliate). Fake reviews or misleading testimonials are strictly forbidden.

Cookie-Stuffing and Misleading Techniques: Engaging in cookie-stuffing, false click generation, or other deceptive methods is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination from the program.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines or ShareASale’s Terms of Use may result in termination from the Dosey Affiliate Program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions. Dosey reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
