PPC Restrictions
Publishers cannot bid on any brand terms, both branded and generic, or any other variations or misspellings of the brand without prior written permission from the Hair + Me team. These terms include but are not limited to: Hair + Me, hairandme.com, Hair and Me.
Promotion Codes
Any promotion codes promoted must be provided through the affiliate programme, either via the network or by the Hair + Me team. We reserve the right to withhold payment if non-authorised promotion codes are promoted on the merchant website; this includes promotion codes offered to other affiliate partners on an exclusive basis. Hair + Me T&Cs, and terms associated with the promotion, must be clearly displayed onsite.
Creative & Copy
Publishers must use assets supplied through the network, or Hair + Me affiliate programme manager. All creatives used must be served from the network and not hardcoded into site. Any creative designed by a publisher must be signed off by the Hair + Me team.
Payment
We validate sales on a monthly basis. If a sale is submitted attached to a promotion code other than the ones you have been provided with it will be declined.
Terms and Conditions for Social Content Creators:
To ensure all content accurately represents the Hair + Me brand and complies with applicable advertising laws, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Compliance with Advertising Standards: All content must comply with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and local advertising laws. For content featuring affiliate links or codes, #ad is required as the only valid identifier to ensure ASA compliance.
Prohibited Terms and Language: Avoid mentioning anything related to 'prescriptions' or referring to specific prescription ingredients, such as 'minoxidil'. Content should focus on the effectiveness, personalisation, and experience of using Hair + Me products. Full guidance can be found in your content brief.
Set CPA Fee: We will pay a set CPA fee for each valid sale made through your unique affiliate link. This commission rate is determined based on the initial agreement via email and subject to review based on performance.
Content Quality and Compliance: We reserve the right to pay only for content that fully complies with these guidelines.
Modifications and Approvals: Hair + Me reserves the right to amend or discontinue partnership agreements if content is found to breach these conditions or is inconsistent with the brand’s standards.
