1. Acceptance into the Program.
Affiliates must apply to the Program, and acceptance is at the sole discretion of Grooni Earthing. The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any application without providing reason.
2. Commissions
The Affiliate will earn a standard commission of 10% (or $10 in case of coupon sites) on sale completed through an affiliate link provided by Grooni Earthing. The average sale amount is $350, and commissions will be based on the sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts).Commissions will be paid monthly.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for promoting Grooni Earthing products in an honest, ethical manner. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and best practices, including but not limited to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement guidelines.Affiliates must not engage in any false or misleading advertising or use spam, unwanted solicitation, or methods that could harm Grooni Earthing’s reputation.Affiliates may not use paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to bid on keywords or domain names that contain "Grooni Earthing" or other variations that may imply affiliation or represent trademark infringement.4. Affiliate LinksGrooni Earthing will provide the Affiliate with unique affiliate links. Affiliates must use these links to ensure tracking, reporting, and earning of commission on sales.Cookie Duration: Cookies placed through affiliate links will remain active for 60 days from the initial click, ensuring that any sales completed during this period will be credited to the Affiliate.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to the Affiliate, including the use of Grooni Earthing branding and affiliate links, will be revoked.Any pending unpaid commissions accrued through the effective termination date will be paid to the Affiliate.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:False Representation: Affiliates must not make claims regarding Grooni Earthing products that are unverified or misleading.Trademark Infringement: Unauthorized use of Grooni Earthing’s trademarks, logos, or branding for purposes outside the Program.Coupon Site Prohibition: Affiliates are not allowed to promote unauthorized coupons or discounts, nor post Grooni Earthing offers on coupon sites. Competing Business Affiliations: Affiliates who promote competing products may be reviewed and potentially removed from the Program.
PPC, All pay per click campaigns are available with exception to Google Ads as we run this internally.
7. Liability Limitation
Grooni Earthing makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program.The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold Grooni Earthing harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Affiliate’s breach of this Agreement or misuse of affiliate links.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Agreement Modifications
Grooni Earthing reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the Program after any modification constitutes the Affiliate’s acceptance of such changes.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between Grooni Earthing and the Affiliate, superseding all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.
