Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on any keywords directly related to the Mileseey brand.
This includes, but is not limited to: [Mileseey], [Mileseey Golf], [Mileseey Coupons], [Mileseey Discount Code], [Mileseey + Product Name], and any variations or misspellings.
Permitted Search Advertising:
Affiliates are permitted to use paid search advertising for generic keywords related to the product category.
Permitted Marketing Methods:
1. Content Marketing: Write high-quality blog posts, reviews, tutorials, etc., and insert affiliate links into the content.
2. Social Media Marketing: Publish promotional content on social media platforms (e.g., posts, images, videos).
3. Email Marketing: Send promotional emails to your subscribers, but you must comply with anti-spam laws.
4 . Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Improve your website’s content to increase its natural ranking in search engines, attracting traffic and generating sales.
5. Paid Search Advertising (with restrictions - see below)
Prohibited Marketing Methods:
1. Domain Squatting: Using "Mileseey" in any domain name or social media handle.
2. Spam: Sending promotional emails in bulk without user permission.
3. Malware: Using malware to hijack traffic or steal user information.
4. Fake Ads: Using false or misleading advertising content.
5. Click Fraud: Increasing commissions by clicking on your own affiliate links or hiring others to click.
6. Cookie Stuffing: Planting affiliate cookies in users’ browsers without their knowledge.
7. Content Scraping: Copying content from other websites for promotion.
8. Unauthorized Brand Use: Using brand logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property without authorization.
Termination of Partnership:
Mileseey reserves the right to withhold all pending commissions if any Prohibited Marketing Methods are detected.
