Affiliate Program Agreement for Longtermhouse.com
1. Introduction: Welcome to the Longtermhouse.com Affiliate Program! By signing up for our affiliate program, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth below, as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use. Please read this Agreement carefully to understand the requirements and expectations of our partnership.
2. Approval and Membership in the Program: 2.1. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion. 2.2. By joining, affiliates confirm that they understand and agree to comply with all terms in this Agreement.
3. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates may not engage in the following activities:
Trademark Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on any keywords that include our brand name, trademarks, or variations thereof.
Unauthorized Social Media Promotion: Affiliates may not create social media pages or groups with our brand name, logo, or likeness without prior written approval.
Spam or Unsolicited Messaging: Affiliates may not use spam or unsolicited messaging to promote our products.
Cookie-Stuffing: Affiliates may not engage in any form of cookie-stuffing or any action that forces a tracking cookie onto a user without their explicit consent.
Deceptive Promotion: Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about our products or promotions. Affiliates must accurately represent all pricing, promotions, and product information.
4. Compliance with FTC Guidelines: Affiliates must comply with all FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials. All affiliate promotions must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure that explains the affiliate’s financial relationship with Longtermhouse.com.
5. Promotions and Discounts: Affiliates may only use discounts, coupon codes, and promotions provided explicitly by Longtermhouse.com. Affiliates are prohibited from creating or promoting unauthorized discounts or coupon codes.
6. Paid Advertising and Content Ownership: 6.1. Affiliates may not use paid advertising to promote our program, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, or social media ads, unless expressly approved by Longtermhouse.com. 6.2. All content created by affiliates for the promotion of Longtermhouse.com remains the property of Longtermhouse.com and can be used in any way we deem appropriate.
7. Reporting and Payment: Affiliates are eligible for a commission on qualifying purchases made via their unique affiliate link. Commission rates, payout thresholds, and other relevant details will be provided via the ShareASale platform and may be adjusted at our discretion.
8. Termination: Longtermhouse.com reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship without prior notice if an affiliate is found in violation of any terms outlined in this Agreement. Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at the time of termination if a breach is found.
9. Modification of Agreement: Longtermhouse.com may modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Limitation of Liability: Longtermhouse.com will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate’s participation in this program.
