Welcome to the Elysium Hope Affiliate Program! By joining our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, as well as the Awin Terms of Use.

1. Affiliate Approval
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. Incomplete or fraudulent applications will be automatically rejected.
• We will not approve any affiliates whose websites promote illegal activities, violence, hate speech, discrimination, adult content, or other content that we deem inappropriate.
2. Prohibited ActivitiesAffiliates must adhere to the following restrictions:
• No Misleading Advertising: Affiliates may not engage in misleading or deceptive promotional practices, including false claims about our products.
• No Paid Search Violations: Affiliates are prohibited from using our brand name, Elysium Hope, or any variations thereof (e.g., misspellings) in any form of paid advertising, including but not limited to pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on platforms such as Google, Bing, or any other search engine.
• No Unauthorized Coupon Usage: Affiliates may not promote any unauthorized coupons or discounts for Elysium Hope. Only official coupons or discounts provided through our affiliate program may be used.
• No Spamming: Affiliates must not engage in any form of unsolicited or mass email marketing (spam) to promote Elysium Hope. All email marketing must comply with CAN-SPAM and other applicable email marketing laws.
• No Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in cookie stuffing, which includes setting affiliate tracking cookies through means other than actual, intentional clicks on an affiliate link.
• No Brand Infringement: Affiliates must not use our brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property without prior written approval, except as provided for in approved affiliate promotional materials.
3. Content Standards
• Affiliates must ensure that their website and content align with our brand values, including promoting positivity, inclusivity, and ethical business practices.
• Affiliates are prohibited from using offensive, defamatory, or illegal content in any of their promotional efforts for Elysium Hope.
4. Commission Structure
• The commission rate for affiliates will be determined at the time of approval and is subject to change at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through their Awin account.
5. Payout Terms
• Commissions will be paid out in accordance with Awin's payment schedule, and affiliates must have a valid and up-to-date payment method on file with Awin to receive payments.
•Commission payouts are based on valid sales, and any fraudulent or suspicious transactions will result in the forfeiture of commissions.
6. Termination
•We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this agreement or the Awin Terms of Use.
•Affiliates may also terminate their participation in our program at any time by providing written notice.
7. Modification of Agreement
• We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or their Awin account. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
• This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Elysium Hope PPC Restriction Rules
Affiliates participating in the Elysium Hope Affiliate Program are required to adhere to the following PPC advertising guidelines. Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any commissions earned through violations.
1. Trademark Bidding
• Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on any Elysium Hope trademarks, including but not limited to “Elysium Hope,” “ElysiumHope.com,” or any variations or misspellings of our brand name.
• This includes bidding on our brand name in search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any other platform that allows PPC advertising.
2. Direct Linking
• Affiliates are not permitted to link directly to Elysium Hope’s website using PPC ads. Affiliates must direct traffic to their own website or landing page before sending users to our site via an affiliate link.
3. Use of Display URLs
• Affiliates may not use our brand name (Elysium Hope) or any variations or misspellings of our brand in the display URL of any PPC ad.•Example: A display URL like “www.ElysiumHope.com” is not allowed, even if the ad does not directly link to our site.
4. Negative Keywords
• Affiliates must include our brand name and variations (e.g., “Elysium Hope,” “ElysiumHope.com”) as negative keywords in their PPC campaigns to prevent their ads from showing up when users search for our brand.
5. Prohibited Keywords
• Affiliates are prohibited from using the following keywords (or close variations) in any PPC campaigns:
• Elysium Hope • ElysiumHope.com • Elysium Jewelry • Elysium Rings • Any other keywords that could be perceived as misleading customers into believing the affiliate ad is associated with or endorsed by Elysium Hope.
6. Brand Confusion
• PPC ads that may create confusion or the perception that they are run or endorsed by Elysium Hope are strictly prohibited. This includes ads with misleading content or false claims about our products.
7. Geotargeting Restrictions
• Affiliates are not allowed to run PPC campaigns in geographic locations where we are already running our own paid search campaigns. Affiliates must check with us prior to targeting specific regions with PPC campaigns.
8. Monitoring and Compliance
• We regularly monitor affiliate PPC campaigns to ensure compliance with these rules. Affiliates found violating these guidelines will be subject to penalties, including the suspension or termination of their affiliate account.Important: Affiliates must comply with these rules as well as Awin's Terms of Use. Violations of these PPC guidelines may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any earned commissions.By participating in the Elysium Hope Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement, as well as the Awin Terms of Use.
