Affiliates must operate a website or social media platform in compliance with Awin’s and our standards. Sites containing adult content, offensive material, or illegal activities are prohibited.
2. Commission Structure
2.1. Affiliates will earn a 7.5% commission on all valid sales referred via their unique affiliate links. 2.2. Commissions will only be earned on sales that result in a completed purchase with no returns or cancellations. 2.3. Commissions will be tracked and paid through Awin, subject to their payment terms. 2.4. Any fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, will result in forfeiture of commissions and possible removal from the programme.
3. Cookie Duration
3.1. The Evelyn Gold Affiliate Programme offers a 30-day cookie window, meaning affiliates will be credited with a commission on purchases made within 30 days of the user's click on the affiliate link.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
4.1. Affiliates must ensure their website or social media complies with all applicable laws and regulations. 4.2. Affiliates are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the content they publish about Evelyn Gold. 4.3. Affiliates must not make false claims about Evelyn Gold products, pricing, or promotions. 4.4. Affiliates are required to disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with relevant laws and guidelines (e.g., FTC disclosure requirements).
5. Promotion Restrictions
5.1. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Evelyn Gold-related keywords in paid search campaigns, including but not limited to the brand name "Evelyn Gold." 5.2. Direct linking to Evelyn Gold from paid ads is strictly prohibited. 5.3. Affiliates may not use spam tactics to promote their affiliate links. All marketing practices must be ethical and compliant with advertising regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use Evelyn Gold’s trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Evelyn Gold products. 6.2. Affiliates may not modify any of Evelyn Gold's trademarks, logos, or other brand assets without prior written consent.
7. Termination
7.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. 7.2. Upon termination, affiliates will immediately cease using all promotional materials related to Evelyn Gold and remove all affiliate links from their platforms. 7.3. Any pending commissions on valid sales made prior to termination will be paid in accordance with Awin’s payment schedule.
8. Liability
8.1. Evelyn Gold is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from the affiliate’s participation in the programme. 8.2. Evelyn Gold makes no representations or warranties regarding the success or profitability of the affiliate programme.
9. Modification of Terms
9.1. Evelyn Gold reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
