Founded between London and Milan in February 2022 and creatively helmed by the English artist and designer Luke Edward Hall, Chateau Orlando's collections of clothing, accessories and homeware celebrate an optimistic, imaginative and romantic view of the world.
By participating in the Affiliates Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by Chateau Orlando Affiliate Agreement in the “Documents” section.
Eligibility for Chateau Orlando Affiliates Program
Prospective affiliates must apply and be approved by Chateau Orlando in order to gain access to the Affiliates Program.
Affiliates are approved based on criteria such as site quality, site content, brand identity, and alignment with our values.
The following types of websites are prohibited from participating in the Affiliates Program:
- Sites with content related to sexual, religious, political or other sensitive matter
- You are not eligible to enroll or participate in the Program if your Site offers rewards, points, miles, cash back, or other similar incentives to customers or offers discounted Chateau Orlando gift cards. We may reject your application for any reason, including, but not limited to our determination, in our sole discretion, that your Site is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable Sites include, but are not limited to, those that: (a) contain or link to nudity or pornography or promote sexually explicit materials; (b) promote violence; (c) promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; (d) promote illegal activities; (e) infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; (f) contain, in our sole judgment, material that is defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing to us or any third party; (g) promote the use of any pyramid or similar schemes; (h) contain software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commissions from other sites; (i) include "Chateau Orlando", "chateauorlando.com," or variations or misspellings thereof, in their domain names; (j) have a clear stated mission that is in part to support religious or politically active causes, as represented on the homepage or one of the key landing pages; or (k) distribute content to third parties. If a Site distributes content to third parties and is willing to give Chateau Orlando a list, for approval, of all sites which currently feature the content, and written notice upon acceptance of any new distribution partnerships, Site may be accepted into the Program.
- Due to the exclusivity of the items stocked, Chateau Orlando does not operate in the discount market place. As such, any misleading text offering or promoting specific discount amounts is forbidden. Chateau Orlando reserves the right to cancel any commission for that period and at our discretion also reserve the right to remove the affiliate from the programme.
Chateau Orlando reserves the right to approve or reject any application to join the Affiliates Program for any reason.
Commission Rates, Qualifying Sales and Payment
As an Affiliate you will receive commission for qualifying sales, commission rates vary for purchases made by either new or existing customers. Affiliates will earn a commission on successful purchases and for new and existing customers. Chateau Orlando reserves the right to change commission rates for promotional periods.
Qualifying sales are sales made on www.chateauorlando.com to users who have arrived to the Chateau Orlando site by clicking on an approved link on an Affiliate's site. If a user clicks on multiple Affiliate Links, the last Affiliate Link to be clicked prior to a qualifying sale will receive the commission.
The Awin platform uses browser cookies to verify qualifying sales, these cookies are valid for 30 days. Commissions are paid on qualifying sales made during this period, on the 15th of the following month. Commissions are calculated by multiplying the relevant commission rate and the price of the qualifying sales (excluding shipping costs and taxes). Commissions are not paid on sales that are cancelled or returned within a 30 day period.
