Good Totes Affiliate Program Terms and ConditionsTrademark BiddingAffiliates are not permitted to bid on Good Totes’ trademarks, brand names, or variations thereof in paid search engine marketing (e.g., Google Ads) without prior written consent.Direct LinkingAffiliates are prohibited from using direct linking methods in online ads (e.g., directly linking to the Good Totes website from a paid ad). Instead, affiliates must direct users to their own content or website.Content Quality and RepresentationAffiliates must create original, high-quality content that honestly and accurately represents Good Totes and its products. Any misleading or false claims are strictly prohibited.FTC ComplianceAffiliates agree to comply with the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. Affiliates are responsible for any false or misleading statements made about Good Totes’ products and can be held liable.Disclosure of Affiliate RelationshipAffiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Good Totes in any form of communication, including social media posts, online articles, or emails. This disclosure should indicate that affiliates may receive a commission for any purchases made through their referral link.Fraudulent ActivitiesAffiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, including click fraud, cookie stuffing, or misrepresentation of Good Totes. Any affiliates found participating in these activities will be immediately removed from the program and forfeit any unpaid commissions.Termination RightsGood Totes reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited if the affiliate is found to have violated these terms and conditions.Limitation of LiabilityGood Totes will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program. Good Totes’ total liability under this agreement will not exceed the total commissions earned by the affiliate.
