These Affiliate Program Terms (“Agreement”) govern participation in the KetoTrust Affiliate Program (the “Program”) operated by KetoTrust (“KetoTrust,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

The KetoTrust Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote KetoTrust memberships and digital programs in exchange for commissions on qualified sales.

Eligible products may include, but are not limited to:

• KetoTrust Basic Membership (Monthly & Annual)
• KetoTrust Premium Membership (Monthly & Annual)
• KetoTrust Elite Membership (Monthly & Annual)
• KetoTrust Magnificent 7 Weight Loss & Lifestyle Modification Plan, including installment and one-time payment options

KetoTrust reserves the right to modify eligible products at any time.

• All affiliates must apply and be approved before promoting KetoTrust.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• Approval does not guarantee continued participation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when applying.

KetoTrust may revoke approval at any time for violation of these Terms.

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote KetoTrust ethically and in good faith.
• Represent KetoTrust, its memberships, and the Magnificent 7 Plan accurately.
• Avoid misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy regulations.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC (or applicable jurisdictional) guidelines (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”).

You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

Affiliates may NOT:

• Make medical, therapeutic, or disease-treatment claims about KetoTrust products.
• Claim guaranteed weight loss, specific health outcomes, or “cures.”
• Misrepresent KetoTrust pricing, features, or benefits.
• Use spam (email, messaging, comment spam, or automated bots).
• Bid on trademarked terms such as “KetoTrust” or variations in paid search without written permission.
• Register domains, social handles, or pages that impersonate KetoTrust.
• Offer unauthorized discounts, bonuses, or incentives.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or deceptive tracking practices.
• Promote on websites that contain illegal, hateful, adult, or misleading content.

Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

• Commission rates will be communicated within the affiliate platform or via direct agreement.
• Commissions are earned only on valid, completed purchases.
• Commissions apply only to successfully tracked sales through your assigned affiliate links.
• Commissions are not earned on:
  • Refunded purchases
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Self-purchases (unless explicitly approved in writing)

Recurring commissions (if applicable) apply only while the referred customer remains active and in good standing.

KetoTrust reserves the right to modify commission rates with notice.

• Sales are tracked using affiliate tracking technology.
• Proper tracking requires use of your assigned affiliate links.
• KetoTrust is not responsible for tracking failures due to:
  • Ad blockers
  • Cookie restrictions
  • Technical issues outside our control
  • Incorrect link implementation by the Affiliate

Attribution is determined by the tracking system in place at the time of sale.

KetoTrust offers memberships and digital products that may include refund policies as outlined in our Terms and Conditions and Membership Agreement.

If a customer:

• Cancels
• Requests a refund
• Files a chargeback
• Is determined to be fraudulent

Then the related commission will be reversed.

KetoTrust grants Affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify logos or branding without permission.
• Use KetoTrust trademarks in domain names.
• Represent themselves as KetoTrust employees, partners, or official representatives.

All intellectual property remains the sole property of KetoTrust.

Affiliates must comply with:

• KetoTrust Online Terms and Conditions
• KetoTrust Online Privacy Policy
• KetoTrust Membership Agreement
• Applicable platform rules and policies

Affiliates must not promote KetoTrust in ways that violate community platform rules or applicable network policies.

KetoTrust provides education, guidance, and accountability for lifestyle transformation. It does not provide medical advice.

Affiliates must not:

• Represent KetoTrust as medical treatment.
• Claim diagnosis, prevention, or cure of disease.
• Suggest that KetoTrust replaces professional medical care.

All promotions must align with a responsible wellness framework.

Any non-public information regarding commissions, strategy, or internal data must remain confidential.

Affiliates may not publicly disclose private commission structures or proprietary information.

Either party may terminate participation at any time.

KetoTrust may immediately terminate an Affiliate for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud or abuse
• Misrepresentation
• Reputational harm to the brand

Upon termination:

• Affiliate links must be removed.
• Use of branding must cease.
• Outstanding commissions may be withheld if violation occurred.

KetoTrust is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of income
• Tracking interruptions
• Technical failures beyond our control

Participation in the Program is at your own risk.

KetoTrust reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
