DeerRun UK Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the DeerRun UK Affiliate Program. By joining our program on Awin, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn:
5% commission on all qualifying sales.
Additional bonus commissions may be offered based on performance or promotional campaigns.
2. Cookie Duration
Our standard cookie duration is 15 days.
Sales must occur within this window for the affiliate to earn commission.
3. Order Validation
Commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded orders.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned within 90 days will not be eligible for commission.
4. Locking Period
Transactions lock 90 days after the order date to account for returns or chargebacks.
Once locked, commissions are released to the affiliate.
5. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote DeerRun through:
Websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters (in compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM), and coupon/deal sites (if approved).
Affiliates must not:
Bid on our brand name (e.g., “DeerRun”) or misspellings in paid search ads.
Use cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
Misrepresent our brand or create misleading content.
6. Coupon Code Policy
Only authorized and assigned coupon codes may be promoted.
Unauthorized use of coupon codes may lead to reversal of commissions and/or removal from the program.
Affiliates requesting exclusive coupon attribution must ensure that codes are approved and active.
7. Program Removal
We reserve the right to remove any affiliate from our program at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misalignment with brand values.
8. Communication
We will communicate via Awin messaging and email to share updates, bonus opportunities, or policy changes. Affiliates are expected to respond to partnership inquiries in a timely manner.
