Mall Road Design Affiliate Program Terms
1. Program Overview
The Mall Road Design Affiliate Program invites you to partner with one of Ireland’s most iconic fashion houses, offering modern, stylish, and outgoing men's and women's clothing for over 30 years. As an affiliate, you’ll promote high-quality fashion that appeals to a diverse customer base, earning commissions for driving sales through your channels.
2. Commission Structure
Our commission structure is based on the type of affiliate, with competitive rates to suit different promotional methods:
- Voucher Sites: 2% commission on net sales.
- Content Publishers/Influencers: 6% commission on net sales.
- Exclusive Publishers/Seasonal Promotions: Short term CPA increases in exchange for increased awareness.
Commissions are calculated based on net sales, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns. Affiliates will be notified of any changes to commission rates during special promotions.
3. PPC and Brand Bidding Policy
We have strict policies regarding pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns:
- Affiliates may not bid on brand-related terms, including "Mall Road Design" or any variations or misspellings of the brand name.
- Direct linking to the Mall Road Design website from PPC ads is prohibited.
- Affiliates must ensure their PPC activities comply with these guidelines, and failure to do so may result in removal from the program.
4. Voucher Code Policy
To maintain the integrity of our promotions:
- Only authorized voucher codes provided directly by Mall Road Design may be promoted.
- Use of unauthorized or expired codes will result in disqualification of commissions earned from sales driven by such promotions.
- We reserve the right to audit and review any promotions involving voucher codes and will take necessary actions to ensure compliance.
5. Cookie Duration
Affiliates will benefit from a 30-day cookie window. This means that any customer who clicks on an affiliate link will be tracked for up to 30 days. If the customer makes a purchase within this period, the affiliate will earn a commission on the sale.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Mall Road Design through a variety of compliant channels, including:
- Blogs and websites
- Social media (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)
- Email marketing campaigns (in compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws)
Affiliates must not promote through misleading content, false advertising, or unethical means.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
- Misleading promotions or false advertising
- Spamming or using unethical marketing techniques
- Promoting our products on websites containing offensive or inappropriate content
- Bidding on brand-related PPC terms (as mentioned in section 3)
- Promoting unauthorized voucher codes (as mentioned in section 4)
8. Payout and Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid via the Awin platform. Payments will be issued after reaching a minimum threshold of £XX. Payment is typically made on a monthly basis and may take up to 30 days to process after the end of the month.
9. Tracking and Reporting
All tracking of sales and commissions is managed through the Awin platform. Affiliates can access detailed reports to monitor the performance of their campaigns, including clicks, conversions, and earnings.
10. Regular Updates and Promotions
We will provide our affiliates with regular updates and promotions, including special deals and campaigns that may increase commission rates or offer additional incentives. Affiliates will receive notifications about these opportunities via email and through the Awin network.
11. Termination and Removal
Both parties may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. We reserve the right to terminate affiliates who breach these terms or engage in activities that negatively impact the brand. Affiliates who fail to meet performance expectations may also be removed from the program.
12. Compliance and Legal Requirements
Affiliates must comply with all relevant legal requirements, including but not limited to:
- GDPR for data protection and privacy
- FTC Disclosure Guidelines for transparent affiliate marketing (where applicable)
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting products. Failure to comply with these legal requirements may result in removal from the program.
