Atlanta Cutlery Affiliate Program AgreementBy participating in the Atlanta Cutlery affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, in addition to being bound by ShareASale’s Terms of Use:1. Prohibited ActivitiesAffiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:Paid Search Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on Atlanta Cutlery-branded keywords or variations thereof (e.g., “AtlantaCutlery,” “Atlanta Cutlery knives,” etc.) in search engine marketing campaigns (Google, Bing, etc.).Domain Squatting or Typosquatting: Affiliates may not register or use domain names that contain Atlanta Cutlery's brand name, variations, or misspellings.Trademark Violations: Affiliates must not use Atlanta Cutlery trademarks, logos, or copyrighted images without explicit written permission.Coupon and Discount Sites: Affiliates may not promote Atlanta Cutlery via unauthorized coupon or discount code websites unless pre-approved in writing.Spam or Unsolicited Emails: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in email marketing without following applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act). All emails must be opt-in, and unsolicited messages are not allowed.Inappropriate Content: Affiliates may not promote Atlanta Cutlery products on websites or platforms that contain offensive, violent, or illegal content, including hate speech, discrimination, adult material, or illegal activities.False Representation: Affiliates may not make false claims about Atlanta Cutlery products, promotions, or services. All promotions should accurately reflect the products and their features.2. Commission StructureAffiliates will receive a 5% commission (or an amount agreed upon by both parties) on all qualifying sales referred through their unique affiliate links. Atlanta Cutlery reserves the right to review and withhold commissions if fraudulent or prohibited activity is detected.3. Affiliate Marketing ChannelsAffiliates are encouraged to promote Atlanta Cutlery via blogs, social media, product review sites, and other approved channels. However, affiliates must use only approved marketing assets provided by Atlanta Cutlery or ShareASale. If any other marketing material is desired, both parties must agree on what is used.4. Affiliate TerminationFailure to comply with any of the terms outlined above may result in the termination of your affiliate account. Atlanta Cutlery reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.5. Program ChangesAtlanta Cutlery reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement, including commission rates, at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or the ShareASale platform.
